Warranty Policy

Badili Africa provides you with a 12 months Warranty cover from the date of purchase of the device.


              

 

What does the 12 months warranty include?

7 - Within the first 7 days from the date of purchase if the phone experiences a technical defect it will be replaced.
6 - Within the first 6 months from the date of purchase if the phone experiences a technical defect the cost of parts and labour are covered for repairing the device.
6 - Between the 7th and 12th month from date of purchase if the phone experiences a technical defect the customer will bear the cost of any parts replaced and Badili will cater for the labour cost to replace the part.

The warranty is not applicable under the following scenarios :

1. We do not cover any kind of accidental damage and our warranty stands null and void in all such related cases. Direct damage or damages caused as a consequence of accidents will not be covered under the 12 month warranty.
2. Subsequent mishandling which causes the frame to bend, twist, or crack will not be entertained
3. Subsequent mishandling with the screen such as hard press that may initiate discoloration or lining on the display
4. Subsequent accidental or purposeful drops
5. Water damage
6. Tampering with internal hardware
7. Damage resulting from attempted customer self-repairs
8. Software Modifications: Making unauthorised changes to the phone's software, like rooting or installing custom ROMs, will also void the warranty.
9. Normal Wear and Tear: Warranties usually don't cover the natural wear and tear that occurs with regular use over time.
10. Loss or Theft: Warranty does not cover loss or theft.

How much time will Badili Repair take to resolve my query, if it is coming under warranty?

● Replacement - Will be done within 2 business days
● Repairs - All repair will take upto 3 business days
● Logistics - Within Nairobi delivery timelines is 1 working day and upcountry is 2 working days
